Shipping policy

Orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of courier service for items given the size and weight of selected items.

We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

Shipping rates are influenced by the size and weight of items ordered for all domestic and international orders.

Diaspora Marketplace is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Diaspora Marketplace in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

All international orders will be shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
